EVENT RAISES NEARLY $5,000

Fifteen foursomes enjoyed a great day on the course July 21 at Pacific Springs Golf Course. The event raised nearly $5,000 for girls' athletics in the Elkhorn Public School district. The nine-hole tournament was followed by lunch and a program at Prestige World Class restaurant.

The community, board, staff, and many local businesses helped make the event a success. Additionally, the ladies participating in the event raised money for a worthwhile cause while having a wonderful time. Funds support girls' athletic program as well as the Foundation's Girls Athletic Scholarship, which is awarded annually in May.

Plan now to golf next year and support this worthwhile cause!
